1. PRODUCTS All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in appearance, color, and size. Product photos are representative, and actual items may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our work.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are in USD. We accept payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at time of purchase.

3. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. SHIPPING Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. Custom orders may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective. Specifications must be confirmed before production begins.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed return and exchange information. Handcrafted items must be returned in original condition within the specified timeframe.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, designs, logos, and product images are the property of J&C Burton Creations and may not be used without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY J&C Burton Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or purchase. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
